First year at The Florence Academy of Art
I have been studying The Florence Academy of Art in Italy for the last year: training in classical drawing and oil painting techniques, studying the old masters and taking anatomy classes. The Academy is one of the few places in the world that still holds technique, skill and craftsmanship at its core, as it has been historically.
It’s been a wonderful first year and to top it off I was awarded the Excellence in Anatomy Award at the end of year ceremony in the summer.

If you would like to support me in my artistic training, I have a GoFundMe page to help me cover my tuition fees for the next 3 years of the course at the academy.
